ATTENTION TO THE REGULAR ALLOTTEES OF BEACH AVENUE PROJECT, HAWKSBAY SCHEME-42

It is hereby for the information of the regular allottees that the project “Beach Avenue” has been declared abandoned in view of “Re-vitalization of Hawksbay Scheme- 42”. Accordingly, following proposals are published for consideration, obtaining consent and arriving at amicable settlement thereupon in the interest of allottees:-

Proposal -1: LDA will payback the paid up amount + Premium on Bank rate as markup.

Or

Proposal -2: Allottees (if no desire) may be adjusted in terms of residential plot in Hawksbay Scheme-42.

Or

Proposal -3: Allottees desiring to be adjusted at the newly proposed high rise buildings should be adjusted by adequately giving premium against the paid up principle amount.

Or

Proposal -4: Any other suitable proposal acceptable jointly by Allottees & LDA

The allottees are hereby requested to approach the Office of Executive Engineer, Hawksbay Div.-I, LDA situated at Beach Avenue Hawksbay, Karachi, between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm during working days within 15 days from the publication of the “Public Notice” at their convenience.
