REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
LDA intend to appoint Consultants/Consortium of repute duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) & Pakistan Council of Architect & Town Planning (PCATP) for the Consultancy Services for Topographic Survey, Contouring, Satellite Imaging, Planning, Demarcation, Preparation of Concept Plan, Consolidation Plans, Land Use Plan, Design/Drawing of infrastructure, Preparation of Cost Estimate, Tender Documents & PC-I Form i/c Town Planning Functions of Halkani Town Scheme-43.
Sealed Proposal are invited from the well reputed Consulting/ Consortium firms having requisite experience in the field are requested to submit their detailed Proposal Documents viz “Technical” & “Financial” in separate envelope for the services.
Interested Consulting/Consortium firms can obtain Proposal Documents (Technical & Financial) from the Office of Director (Coord.), LDA situated at 4 th Floor, Civic Centre, Gulsha-E-Iqbal, Karachi, Phone No. 021-9230985-9230757 on payment of non-refundable cost of Rs.5000.00/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable through Pay Order /Bank Demand Draft in favor of LDA up to 20-04-2009. The last date of submission of Proposal Documents has been fixed as 05-05-2009.
LDA reserves the rights to accept or reject any/all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.

CORRIGENDUM
The “Request for Proposal of Consultancy Services” for Topographic Survey, Contouring, Satellite Imaging, Planning, Demarcation, Preparations of Concept Plan, Consolidation Plans, Land Use Plan, Design/Drawing of Infrastructure, Preparation of Cost Estimate, Tender Documents & Pc-I Form i/c Town Planning Functions of Halkani Town Scheme-43, got published in the daily newspapers viz, Dawn, Express, Awami Awaz, Aghaz & Intikhab by LDA even dated 09-04-2009 are hereby amended as under:-
- Clause: “LDA reserves the rights to accept or reject any/all proposals without assigning any reason thereof“ may be read as under:-
“The Procuring Agency (LDA) may reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.”
- The date of submission of Proposal Documents and Opening is hereby extended up to 18 th May, 2009. Now, the proposal will be opened on 18 th May, 2009 at 02:00 pm instead of 05 th May, 2009.
